About Tristin

I started as a cook in an assisted living facility, then I became a care partner in a memory care unit, because of my outstanding work I was quickly promoted to being a Med Tech. I have never had a job make me happier than working in the memory care unit. I'd describe my personality as, Optimistic, Funny, and having a good work ethic. I like caring for seniors because they are hilarious and wise, they have a ton of stories that could blow you away. I'm looking for a job that needs me, I want to take care of people in anyway that they may need. I started caring for seniors when I wanted to get serious about a career. One thing you should know about me is my lack of experience does not coincide with my knowledge for the work. My skills include deescalation, strength, my ability to assist and lift even some of the heavier set seniors with little to no help if not provided has really made a difference, and my compassion.
