About Tristen

I am a proud Division 1 athlete from the University of Louisville with 19 years of competitive swimming experience. Throughout my college career, I earned the honor of being a 10-time All-American, competing at the highest levels and helping my team achieve national success. I recently completed my Master's in Social Work, where I discovered my passion for working with children and families. I have always loved helping others, and I am committed to creating positive, supportive environments where people can thrive. In addition to my background in social work, I also offer private swim lessons, combining my athletic experience with a caring, patient approach to teaching. Whether it's helping someone feel safe in the water or supporting them through life's challenges, I bring dedication, compassion, and expertise to everything I do.
