About Tristan

I have a background in community theater and early childhood education. Hands-on experience assisting in classroom management, communication with parents and children, and understanding children's diverse needs. I like working with kids because watching them explore, learn, and grow is an incredible process. It is such a joy to be able to encourage them to explore and play with confidence! I started working with kids when I was 12! I've done babysitting, production assistant work for youth theatre as a teenager, and once I graduated high school, I started as a float teacher in a preschool classroom. I also teach theatre classes for pre-k through third grade. In my spare time, I enjoy theatre, reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with family and friends! My skills include oral and written communication, positive behavior management strategies, and encouraging social-emotional development through cooperative play activities, arts and crafts, and storytelling.
