With 20+ years in early childhood education and Montessori teaching credentials for ages birth to three and three to six, I bring both expertise and care to every family I support. I have led classrooms, developed programs, trained educators, and guided families - experiences that allow me to offer children much more than supervision. I take a calm, patient, and creative approach, helping children grow in independence, executive function, and confidence. From nature walks and outdoor play to games, puzzles, and hands-on activities, I adapt to each child's developmental needs and interests. I'm also experienced in supporting household rules and ensuring a safe, consistent environment. I communicate closely with parents, providing updates through their preferred method - whether at pickup, by text, or by phone. I typically focus on one child at a time, ensuring personalized attention and peace of mind that your child is not only cared for but also guided toward growth and well-being.
