About Trish

Hi, I'm Trish, an experienced educator with 19 years of teaching experience in public, private, and international schools. I provide academic coaching for elementary, middle and high school students who are bright and capable, but may be struggling with organization, study habits, time management, or academic confidence. My focus is not simply completing assignments or short-term tutoring. I help students build the underlying skills and systems that support long-term success in school, including executive functioning, independent learning habits, and confidence in managing academic demands. In addition to academic coaching, I have experience with supporting third and fourth grade math, as well as Spanish and Latin. Families often come to me when school has started to feel stressful at home, even when they know their child is capable of more. In the summer, I work to prevent learning loss and reinforce concepts for a smooth start to the next school year.
