About Trish

My name is Trish and I'm a lively, physically fit 75-year-old who loves staying active, helpful, and engaged. I believe purpose supports graceful aging. I have over a decade of experience as a homemaker aide/companion and enjoy assisting with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and appointments, medication reminders, laundry and meaningful companionship. Gardening, shopping, short hikes, going to the gym, and unwinding with the Hallmark Channel are some of my favorite past times- but I truly thrive when I'm being useful to others. I am a proud cancer survivor of 25 years, which has given me resilience, perspective, and a deep empathy for the health changes that occur with aging. While I do not provide direct physical care, I do provide energetic and dependable companionship and daily task management. I strongly believe that age does not limit capability or usefulness, and I'm always ready to work, contribute, and stay busy- because purpose beats boredom in my book.
