After my mother dismissed several aides, we brought in Trisha to check in on her every evening. Trisha told me that she made it her mission to find out one new thing about my mom every visit. She would text me after she left each evening to tell me what she had learned. And when I spoke to my mother, she’d tell me about what Trisha was up to. After a while, my mom was comfortable with Trisha helping her with small tasks, and taking her on outings. We are grateful to Trisha for building that level of trust. I highly recommend her. -- Doug
