I'm a caretaker and I love movies, video games, art, and the outdoors. I have been taking care of children of all ages since I was young. I am the oldest of five girls and was the babysitter for them as well as for family's friends. I have worked in day care as well as with mentally disabled and behavioral. Trisha and myself were co-workers for over two years in Erie, Pa at an organization that offers a variety of services to individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages. Group homes are one of the services the center provides: they entail a residential home with four to five individuals with 24 hour staffing. The staff's responsibilities include assisting with the activities of daily living, implementing behavior plans and companionship. Trisha and I worked in a group home together. I enjoyed working with Trisha very much, she is a compassionate, creative person who was a joy to work with. Trisha was very prompt and professional and always found a creative, fun solution to any problem presented to her. I trust her implicitly and would entrust her with the care of any of my family members.
