I have several years of experience working in special education and have been a Behavioral Technician for the past four years. I've worked with individuals ages 3-24 with autism, supporting a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. In my role, I implement individualized behavior plans, build social and life skills, and encourage independence in both school and home settings.
