Tricia was very responsive and quick to reply initially. She was scheduled to come in at 7:30 am. Did not show up. No calls or texts to notify. Did not pick up my calls or reply to my texts. Finally texted me half hour after start time saying there had been a family emergency. I asked to talk to her when free. Never heard back. Highly irresponsible and unreliable.
