I can clean up the house; laundry, deliver and/or pick up dry cleaning, clean windows, gutters, yard clean up, walk your dogs, mopping, vacuuming, clean and organize cabinets, office, trash, recycling, minimal home repairs. I won't do heavy duty cleaning on an hourly rate. These are per bid jobs and a professional company would more than likely offer a better rate, discounts, guaranteed satisfaction, etc. I have other 'irons in the fire' and wouldn't do the job justice. Honesty and integrity go a long way, and it's best to be upfront about this issue. I am, however, willing to take a look at the jobs that are needing to be done time allotted. For heavy duty cleaning I would need $20 for the out call and my hourly rate to assess the workload (min. $30 per bid). It's best to know exactly what would be needed prior to my arrival. Having a list, sending pictures, etc. would reduce the likelihood of dissatisfaction.
