I think that babysitting should include a lot of fun for the children while still abiding to their regular routine and house rules. I've been working with children since I was 16. I have been a nanny to six wonderful families, worked in an after-school program for 5 years and served as the Younger Girls Unit Director at YMCA Camp Ingersoll for 5 years. I also taught Elementary School for 7 years and recently left the classroom because I missed nannying! I love all teaching children new skills and seeing them progress. I have a Masters and am a certified Reading Specialist so I love reading, singing and lots of sensory activities that boost their brain.
