Triana started work with us and was with us for 2-3 weeks before she suddenly stopped coming. Since there was a storm and blackouts during that time , I gave her the benefit of doubt on why she did not turn up at the expected day/time. However after that she did not let us know she wont come anymore (even though I had asked if she can let me know once the issues at her place was taken care of). I would preferred her to have let me know if did not want to continue working.
