My journey began with a deep-seated passion for supporting well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I'm equipped to assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations with patience and empathy. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing verbal updates and addressing concerns promptly. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building connections.
