Hired Tracy for care of my family member. Agreed to assignment. Hours before first shift assignment called and said she couldn't come due to extending circumstances. Said she's very dependable and this is not the norm. Gave her benefit of doubt, gave her new start date/time (night shift). Sent message before noon confirming she was coming. Said she had a change and no longer taking the job. No prior notification from her, and quit before she started.
