About Tracy

I am outgoing and social. I love making new friends. I enjoy caring for seniors because I find there is so much to learn from their experiences. I prefer positions in hospice or respite care. I began my caregiver journey as a first responder in 1992. I then worked as a nurse's aide while training to become a paramedic. I served in that capacity until I started a family. I became a private caregiver in 2015 and I have enjoyed working alongside many families and agencies. I enjoy crafts, games, puzzles, gardening, and baking. I am most passionate about assisting individuals meet their full potential. This may be comfort care or improving quality of life. My experience includes companionship, facilitating appointments, ADLs, and transfers. My priority is clear, respectful communication with the individual, their family, and their care team.
