About Tracy

I have been taking care of children professionally since 1988. Nurturing a child's growth and witnessing their unique development is my greatest professional passion. With 40 years of experience, and a youth librarian for 12 years; I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to supporting children from infancy through their teenage years. I hold First Aid Training, CPR Training, and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am highly comfortable caring for up to four children, whether we are playing board games, reading lots of books, making slime, playing in tbe snow or doing an art project. I am child-centered and skilled at reading a child's needs, whether they require a snack, a walk, or a good laugh to reset. I prioritize clear communication through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel.
