Tracy has been providing childcare to my 11 yr old son and his two cousins during the pandemic 2-3 times a week as the kids are in school virtually. Tracy is reliable, dependable, fun, adventurous and cares about the boys as if they are her own family. She is very safety conscious which is really important to me. I feel safe when my son is with her. She takes the boys on outdoor adventures like fishing, hiking, and exploring nature. She's also community service oriented so the boys have helped plant flowers, pick up leaves, etc. She's also flexible and willing to help with changing plans. This has been a really challenging year and having Tracy on our side is a blessing!
