About Tracy

Tracy is a seasoned educator, movement specialist, and school leader with over 20 years at New York Kids Club. She's held roles from Preschool Director to District Manager to Director of Gymnastics and Dance for 17 schools, leading with heart, structure, and vision. Tracy's background in early childhood development, behavior management, and movement-based learning is matched by her bubbly, intuitive, and loving personality. She began teaching gymnastics at 15 and has spent her life helping children feel seen, valued, and empowered. Tracy is now seeking a flexible teaching role that allows her to continue enriching children's lives while pursuing her thriving art career. She believes teaching and art both come from the same source: a desire to inspire, connect, and show others they matter. Her strengths include emotional support, consistent routines, and embodied, movement-based learning.
