About Tracy

Making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families is my passion. For over 10 years, I've provided care for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and creative. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a college degree and hold certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods, providing daily reports and regular updates. Caring for one child at a time allows me to give them my undivided attention.
