About Tracy

I am a director at a nonprofit agency and we care for individuals that are seniors and young adults. Some of our individuals have developmental disabilities, dementia and various medical conditions. I started my career in this field over 25 years ago. We teach these individuals daily living skills, help them bathe, take them on medical appointments, administer medication, clean their homes, cook for them and take them out on recreational activities. I oversee the Nursing staff, Psychologists and Direct Support Professionals. I am very hands on with all the above task. I am outgoing, patient and kind. I enjoy caring for seniors and young adults, because this is what I do on a daily basis for the past 25 years. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family. I would like all families to know that their loved ones would be In Good hands with me. I will ensure their health and safety at all times. My top 3 senior care skills are; caring for others, good communication and friendliness.
