Tracy worked with our family for just under five years and we are so thankful to have had her in our lives. She was immensely helpful with transportation, including school pick ups, appointments, sports, instrument lessons, etc. She also went above and beyond with schoolwork by providing supplemental material to help cement new concepts and frequent trips to the craft store to make sure projects exceeded expectations. She talked to our three children, understood their individual personalities and did things to make them each feel special. She also provided additional help when us parents traveled without the kids, and during the summer, and she was always flexible and accommodated our unpredictable schedules. Finally, she is a great communicator so we always felt informed and we always remained on the same page. If it weren’t for our children being old enough now for us to not really need the additional help anymore, we would still want to have Tracy in our lives.
