As a recently retired health care provider, I bring both knowledge and practical skills to my role. My priority is creating a comfortable environment for those I care for. I'm compassionate, friendly, and attentive, always focusing on the client's needs. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I provide respite care, transportation, and help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm also certified in CPR. I follow the family's preferred communication method for updates and progress reporting. Supporting families and ensuring the well-being and independence of their loved ones is my goal.
