I grew up in the house next to my grandparents. Later in life, we all lived in the same house together. My grandfather lived to 98, Grandma is still alive at 97. I had a very constant and active part in their care for many, many years. I have experience in meal prep, exercise, medication management, transportation to doctor's appointments, general assistance, etc. I also drove the local senior van for several years. I was responsible for taking the local seniors to and from the senior center, shopping, errands and doctor's appointments. I am an EMT and a certified personal trainer. I have the experience and patience it takes to assist with your loved ones. Our seniors are valuable. They have such knowledge and stories and I feel enriched to share with them. I would love to further enrich my life by working with you and yours.
