About Tracy

I'm a Master of Social Work (MSW) with nearly 30 years of experience in social work, counseling, patient advocacy, and caregiving. Some of my most important lessons about caregiving came from caring for both of my parents through Alzheimer's disease while helping them navigate Stage IV cancer, multiple chronic medical conditions, and the daily changes that progressive illness brings. That experience shaped the way I care for older adults, people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, and adults with special needs. I've learned that good caregiving starts with paying close attention. Small changes in behavior, routine, mood, facial expressions, or physical functioning often say more than words alone. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and understanding-not simply as a diagnosis or a list of tasks.
