About Tracy

Caring for both of my parents through their battles with cancer and Alzheimer's ignited my passion for providing exceptional care and advocating for those in need. I'm a friendly and reliable caregiver with 8+ years of experience in caring for different types of needs. I enjoy connecting with people and offering support with respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I hold a graduate degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in psychology. My experience includes de-escalation and redirection techniques, which I learned while caring for my mother, as well as in my field experience. I am an open communicator and would partner with families by using their preferred method of communication. Building trust and relationships with care recipients, while also respecting their independence and background is my priority. I am eager to provide positive assistance to those in need and make a difference.
