About Tracy

I have been happily married for seven years, and we are blessed to have a3-year-old son. Key elements of child care are consistency and patience. I also value structure and routine while making it fun. I implement many Montessori methods to help children develop concentration and age-appropriate independence while learning new skills. I am currently working part time with a4-year-old and am available two days a week. I have experience caring for people who have allergies. I have experience potty training. (I potty trained two2-year-olds at the same time within two weeks.) I am offering a safe and happy environment in my home where children can flourish. We have a dog, and I vacuum daily. Screen time is not an option during the day.
