About Tracy

Hi! My name is Tracy, and I'm a paraeducator who has worked in both Montgomery County and Prince George's County schools. I have several years of experience supporting students in reading, writing, and math, as well as working closely with ESL/ELL learners. Because I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I'm comfortable teaching and communicating in both languages, and I often support students who are developing their academic English while still strengthening their home language. In my current role, I run small groups, provide one-on-one support, and help students build confidence with clear strategies, patience, and structure. I love helping children feel understood, capable, and excited about learning. I would be happy to bring my experience and passion to your family!
