Tracy is wonderful with children and loves being a nanny! Her approach and patience with children amazes me. She relates to children and uses a hands-on approach. She is loving and patient and in general a very caring and great person. Children thrive because she teaches them by example. She has always gone over and beyond for the families she has worked for and does this with a smile on her face. She is dependable, responsible and respectful of the child's needs as well as the family's needs.
