About Tracy

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With a Physical Education teaching degree and two years of experience with my mom who has dementia, I bring passion and dedication to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. As a HS PE teacher for over 30 years and advocate for my mother, I believe I have a grasp on what my responsibilities might include. I will engage through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method of information gathering. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I truly enjoy helping others, and I hope to bring comfort and support to your family.
