About Tracy

Hi my name is Tracy and I have more than 28 years of working in the child care field. My professional history includes working as a nanny, head teacher at 2 daycares and lifeguard and swim instructor. My responsibilities over the years include identifying the needs of various children and guiding them to learn and develop to his or her full potential. I specialize in infant and toddler care. For 10 years of my career I had the privilege of working with special needs children (i. e. autism spectrum disorder, dwarfism, epilepsy, ADHD and anxiety disorders). I have both observed and participated in OT, RDI and cranial sacral. This has led me to become a keen observer and further develop into a more patient and compassionate childcare provider and learn skills that are not traditional. I believe these skills and abilities, combined with my professional knowledge, has led me to a fulfilling nanny career with amazing families that I still keep in contact with today.
