About Tracy

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Tracy as part of our family for nearly four years. She started caring for our children when our son was just 4 months old and our daughter was 2, and throughout that time she has been nothing short of exceptional. Tracy is reliable, punctual, nurturing, and genuinely invested in our kids. She has a special ability to get down on a child's level, engage their imagination, and make everyday moments fun and meaningful. Whether she was creating art projects, coloring, playing imaginative games, or helping with school pickups and drop-offs, she always brought a happy, thoughtful presence. She pays close attention to our kids unique interests and finds creative ways to encourage and celebrate them. Her communication is excellent. She is direct, thoughtful, and always keeps us informed with clear, detailed updates. Her organization is unmatched! Our kids' laundry and linens have never looked better. Most importantly, our kids absolutely adore her. Our family is transitioning because both children will be in school full-time, otherwise we would gladly keep Tracy longer. Any family would be lucky to have her, and I recommend her without hesitation.
