Hello, my name is Tracy. I am a former pediatric RN currently completing an RN refresher course and looking for part-time work caring for seniors. I have personal experience caring for my own mother with dementia, which taught me the patience, calm communication, and reassurance that help people with memory loss feel safe and supported. My nursing background helps me recognize changes in health or behavior and provide attentive, safe care.
