Hello! I'm Tracy. I'm a former Pediatric Nurse with 15 years of experience, plus pediatric in-home care and school nursing. I raised two children and cared for my grandson from infancy to age 4. I'm patient, gentle, and loving, with a "learning through play" approach. I follow each child's interests, support creative play and exploration, and respect your routines and preferences. I'm skilled at calming, redirecting, and creating consistent rhythms that help kids feel safe and confident. Safety is always my top priority. I'm currently seeking part-time nanny or babysitting work while I update my RN license. After May 2026, I'll be transitioning to a full-time RN role. I'm reliable, have a safe car, and always arrive on time. I'd love to support your family!
Tracy is my Mom and I’ve been incredibly fortunate that she moved here to take care of my son full-time from age 4 months to 3 years. Tracy is known as the ‘Baby Whisperer’ in our family and is hands down the most patient, skilled, and joyful caregiver I’ve ever met. With her medical background as a pediatric nurse, she has been instrumental in helping my son reach his developmental milestones and address childhood illnesses with no drama. For the first ~18 months of my son’s life I worked from home and there is no way I would have been able to continue breastfeeding that long without her skillful support. She helped my son transition seamlessly from feedings to other enrichment activities while I worked. She prepped organic food from scratch, drove him all around town to gymnastics, swimming, and music classes, and talked to him constantly, narrating everything they were doing. I have no doubt that her influence helped him learn to read before he was 2 years old. Once I returned to in-person work at the office, I appreciated the photos, videos, and detailed run-downs of the day – how much he ate, played, slept, and if he was having an off day – with the precision of a medical chart. Tracy knows how to intuit the needs of those who cannot speak for themselves, and never tires of PLAYING, which are rare skills when it comes to babies and toddlers. My son simply adores her and I have been blessed be 100% worry-free while I’m at work knowing that my little guy is in capable hands.
