About Tracy

I have many years of child care experience as well as management experience. I was the director of a Christian daycare for several years until the church relocated, then became an assistant manager for a local boutique. I am certified in CPR (adult, child & infant) as well as First Aid. I am very hands-on, love games, crafts and activities. I love baking & gardening and interior design. I have studied martial arts for several years and succeeded in earning black belts in karate, kendo & jiu jitsu (in which I earned the title Sensei). I love children... their curiosity, innocence and imagination! I believe a great caretaker is one who listens and engages with children, is patient, loving and kind but also is one that sets boundaries so that the child has a sense of security. Entrusting your children (undoubtedly your most treasured possession!) to a complete stranger I'm sure is very daunting. Rest assured that I will care for your child as if he/she were my own.
