Tracy was absolutely fantastic with our little one. She was very in tune to her needs and constantly adjusted her approach as our daughter grew and her needs changed. She was very responsible and reliable. She worked extremely hard to keep our LO happy, entertained and to continue to teach her during their time together. You could tell that Tracy really cared for our daughter and this wasn't just a "job". She would even cook up different baby foods to add to our little ones palate. Tracy is kind and thoughtful and we are sad that she had to move away and could no longer be our little one's caregiver!
