About Tracy

I hired Tracy as a full time caregiver for my father, who had dementia. Tracy has been a godsend. I don't know what we would have done without her. She is a trained CNA with experience working with the elderly and specifically people with dementia. She is compassionate, funny, and has been willing to do any task, mostly entirely on her own initiative, whether caring for our father, walking his large dogs, cleaning up dog poop and doing yard work, washing windows, doing laundry, cooking, shopping, and transporting my father and accompanying him to medical appointments. When he went into hospice care soon after she started, she immediately switched gears from the job she'd been hired for and has helped us manage his needs while in hospice care, even staying overnight and basically working 24 hours shifts 5 days in a row. My father was reluctant to have a caregiver but she won him over with her good humor and patience.
