About Tracy Dawn

My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of all people drives my commitment to senior care. With two years' professional experience, I offer a patient, calm, compassionate approach to daily assistance. I hold a graduate degree in Public Health, informing my approach to caregiving. I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am happy to support meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I work top understand each person's unique history and preferences, building meaningful connections. I truly look forward to bringing kindness and comfort into your home while helping your family thrive. My previous experience as full-time caregiver to my mom (diagnosed with dementia) gave me perspective and appreciation of the aging mind and the importance of compassion for the whole person. In addition, I completed training with Southern Maine Agency on Aging on Alzheimer's and dementia care.
