We had the pleasure of having Tracy watch our two daughters (3yo & 5yo) for 7 months. After my decision to stay at home full time, we did have to let her go. When she was with us, she was full time and worked from 7am - 7pm , 5 days a week. Our expectations for Tracy were to drive the girls to and from school every day, drive them around to their daily activities, prepare all their meals, do their laundry, light housekeeping, and also take care of our two dogs. Every day when I came home, both girls were bathed, fed, and happy. I was able to put them right to bed and enjoy real quality time with them. Tracy had always gone above and beyond our hefty list of responsibilities. For example, she went out of her way to integrate herself in my mommy group to make sure the girls were still going to playdates and also went to any special performances, activities, etc. that may not have been during her scheduled hours. She also was our date night and overnight nanny! The most important thing that we knew about Tracy is that not only did she make sure that our expectations were met, but she provided a safe, happy, and healthy environment for our daughters. She was always engaging with them to ensure that their needs were addressed and that they were feeling validated at all times. She is soft and gentle, yet structured. My girls thrived under her care. Hiring Tracy means that you will be welcoming an individual who will fully invest her thoughts, heart and life into your kids. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering her to be their nanny!
