About Tracy
Experience: 3 yrs
I started working with kids when I was only 11 years old. I was hired as the babysitter for a family with 3 boys. I worked with them for 2 1/2 years and I fell in love with childcare. Since then, I have volunteered with programs such as Big Brother Big Sister and Outdoor Leadership Experience (OLE) during my years at Dartmouth College. I also spent two summers working as a camp counselor at an "inclusive" camp situated on an organic farm and wildlife reserve. I've worked with children of all ages and I am as comfortable with infants as I am with older kids. I am currently looking for an after-school nanny job. I am completely fine with light housework, I am a great cook, I am super outdoorsy and athletic, and I love pets. I love working with young kids, and firmly believe that the type of care they receive and the interactions they have-- greatly impacts their overall well-being.
