About Tracy

Hi my name is Tracy, I have more than 30 years of experience providing care and companionship to older adults. Over the years I have provided many levels of care, assistance with activities of daily living, and Hoyer lift transfers. I also helped care for my stepmother, who had dementia and was non-ambulatory. That experience gave an even deeper understanding of patience, dignity, and the importance of adapting to each person's individual needs. At this point in my caregiving career, I am looking for lighter-duty positions with ambulatory clients who need a little extra help, companionship, and support with everyday life. I am happy to assist with: meal prep, ADLs, outings, walks, and light activities. I am currently seeking light care positions with ambulatory seniors, rather than heavy lifting or extensive hands on care.
