About Tracy

I am a hardworking, compassionate, and determined professional with experience in healthcare, caregiving, care coordination, customer service, administration, and leadership. I recently completed my Medical Assistant training at Concorde with a 4. 0 GPA and have training in CNA, QMAP. My healthcare experience has taught me the importance of patience, communication, teamwork, and treating every person with dignity. I have worked with vulnerable populations, including individuals with dementia, and have experience handling challenging situations, providing care, responding to emergencies, and communicating with families and healthcare professionals. I value family, education, personal growth, and helping others. I am adaptable, dependable, and always willing to learn. My goal is to continue growing professionally, build a successful career in healthcare and leadership, and use my experience to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
