I have many years of experience caring for others; disabled adults, seniors, children, etc. I am patient, caring and compassionate and sincerely enjoy helping others! I'm highly intuitive, reliable, respectful, communicative and trustworthy. I started my caregiving journey at 14 as a volunteer helping seniors in the cardiac unit at a major hospital and eventually went on to work as a social worker for my career. Most recently I have begun working on care. com helping in the community as needed. Currently I help a few seniors with things like bathing, meal prep, light housework, errands, transportation, and laundry, etc. I also offer companion care and supported exercise (walks, chair yoga and Pilates). I absolutely love it! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Health Education. I look forward to meeting you and your family and exploring how I can best assist you.

Tracy is a “God send” to us. She is very sweet and attentive to my mom. She is very smart and thinks of things to do and to talk about to keep mom engaged and interested. She also is very patient with mom and likes to look at mom’s picture albums and to listen to the memories associated with them. Tracy is very dependable and we can count on her being here every Friday. We all look forward to Fridays not only because mom enjoys spending time with with Tracy, but also because as her primary caregiver, it gives me a chance to get out of the house, knowing that mom is in good hands which gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Tracy for your caregiving needs, just not on Fridays! 😊
