I have 3 years of experience in a daycare setting and was babysitting prior to that. I can help with light housekeeping if we're at your house but preferably all kids would come to my house. I have a fully kid proofed home because I have two almost 2-year-olds who are into everything. My twins are in my pictures, I know how hard it is to find good child care, so I'm just wanting to help another mom or dad out with childcare while also getting to stay home with my own two kids

Tracy (and her sweet twins) are wonderful for having my toddler around for multiple reasons: fun environment, great communication practice and socializing, and seeing routines. I work remotely, so my situation was unique (where my kiddo went I did too) and she allowed me space to work in multiple spots in her home. I loved it. Having peace of mind knowing Tracy was caring for my toddler while I took meetings/calls was wonderful. Tracy is attentive, resilient, consistent, calm and more in the way she interacts with my toddler and her own twins together. She's a big communicator and great listener, so if you have certain things/routines, then voice them. She seems to adapt well to personal requests a parent may have! And who doesn't love that? :)
