Hello. I'm Tracy. I'm a veteran teacher. I have several years of experience in the public classroom teaching children in kindergarten and first grades. Once I earned my masters degree in early childhood education I moved my career into the "early learning" years of teaching. I want to further advance my professional experiences of working with children and families by caring for one family at a time. I'm looking forward to focusing my knowledge, experiences, and efforts towards a single family over a long period of time. Watching children grow age by age is a fascinating experience. Tracy cared for my two daughters and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was reliable, warm, and genuinely invested in the girls from day one. She handled all the daily essentials with ease, making lunches and snacks, bathing the girls when needed, and managing school pickups. But what set her apart was how thoughtfully she filled their days. She created and led developmentally appropriate learning activities, read with them constantly, and took them to structured classes at the library. We were truly never at a loss for things to do: splash pads, lots of imaginative play with their own toys, and dependable drop-offs and pickups for ballet and gymnastics. She also kept the house tidy when time allowed and would even get a little laundry done while the girls were happily playing on their own or napping. Our family was always glad to provide Tracy a $100 monthly gas card — she more than earned it. Any family would be lucky to have her.
