I attended and graduated the licensed practical nursing program in 1988 from Quincy College. I decided to have my son and went back to college and earned my Bachelor's in Social Work from Bridgewater State College. I was a live-in home health care provider for an advanced Alzheimer's patient during my late adolescence. I have cared for my grandparent and father who were afflicted with cancer and resided at home. Since then I have worked as an investigator for the department of social services, I have also provided home health care services for multiple sclerosis patients and special needs patients. I also worked as a social worker for a nursing home. I also was the house manager for a 26 bed a rest home. I have also enjoyed and appreciated working with the elderly.
