I'm very patience, detail-oriented, especially when managing memory care needs. I respect each individual's independence, keep you informed through written daily reports or verbal updates. I look forward to provide the support your loved one deserves. At this time my days are pretty full. Starting June I primarily am only offering overnights starting at 7 p.m. to 7 a. m(varies). All nights are available. They can be later mornings if you want am assist only. It will be rest overnights and will assist at any time needed through the night. My name is Sarah, I'm an experienced RN and I personally hired Tracy to care for my Elderly Dad in his home,,, Tracy worked for my Dad's Estate for 5+ years,,,she is an amazing caregiver and I feel we were lucky to have her,,,she was punctual, skilled as a Care coordinator and had the experience and knowledge base to be able to handle about any situation, from. CORRECT catheter care,to skilled Dementia care to handling oxygen correctly,,,( CNA's cannot handle oxygen but Tracy is not a CNA and can). I highly recommend Tracy, whoever she ends up working for is a Lucky person as she will employ her well honed skills for the best interest and well being of the patient,,, She is a joy to work worth, I preferred her over conventional Agency PSS's, PCA's, and CNA's,as I found her to be motivated,more inclined to show up during inclement weather,and more skilled than the majority of Agency staff,,,
