Hi, my name is Tracy. I have over 30 years in the child care field. I was a nanny for 13 years before my son was born. Then I was a stay-at-home mom for 7 yrs. I worked in a few local daycares after my son started school. I have always loved working with children. One of the families I nannied I cared for there daughter from brith up till 1. 5. She was like my own daughter. Her parents wanting her to have more social interaction so they put her in a daycare setting. I work at Ronald McDonald House Charities now full time. I have been with Ronald McDonald since 2018. It was a second job for me until 2024 when I started ful time. I'm very honest, reliable, great at multitasking and a very dependable and organized person. I'm also a non-smoker, have great references and a reliable car. I have had the COVID vaccine and I just took the CPR first aid training course on 10/22/2025. Thank everyone!!

Tracy was our BELOVED nanny for 1.5 years for our daughter. We are two very busy professionals, and she was a complete lifesaver for us. Since our daughter's birth, she singlehandedly juggled raising our daughter during long work weeks; at times, she was working up to 40-50 hours a week along with us! As first time parents, she really taught us how to be more self-assured and confident parents. She really became a part of our family, and we love hearing from her still! In summary: She was a devoted, loving caregiver to our daughter since her birth. The only reason we ever let her go was for financial reasons. Any family would be truly lucky to have such a reliable, warm caregiver!!
