About Tracy

Hi! I'm Tracy, a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver who loves helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. I have experience caring for children of all ages through babysitting and supporting families with daily routines. My background as a Direct Support Professional, Certified Medication Technician, completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training, and Army ROTC and Basic Camp training have strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, safety, discipline, and compassionate care. I'm CPR and safety minded, organized, and happy to assist with homework, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, bedtime routines, and engaging activities. My goal is to create a nurturing, positive, and reliable environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
