Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past two years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, while providing families with peace of mind. I understand the importance of patience and empathy, and I strive to bring a calm and friendly presence to every interaction. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and redirecting attention when needed. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or calls, and always respect their preferred method. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have a high school degree, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a car for transportation. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
