As a creative and imaginative childcare provider with two decades of experience, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children. I have a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I believe in fostering a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages and am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and prioritize open communication, providing written daily reports if wanted and verbal communication at the end of the day.

Tracy is the best ! She is so patient and kind with my son, she truly cares and it shows. We were very lucky to have her help! Always willing to work with my flexible schedule and help with laundry and bottles.

Tracy was amazing! She stepped up to care for our daughter & son while our current sitter was on vacation and she did a great job. She made meals for the kids, helped them pick up their rooms, kept the house clean, took our daughter to school on her in-person days, and even folded laundry and washed dishes to help us while we had a crazy week of commitments. We would definitely rehire her in the future!

I've worked with Tracy for the last 8 months as she has cared for my daughter O. Being a first time mother and also a physician I was certainly nervous and picky on who would take care of my 8 week old child so I could return back to work part time. Tracy is very present, timely and loves O. most of all. She is amenable to all feedback and asks questions to make sure she is taking care of O. the way me and my husband want. We hate to move to another city because Tracy is O.'s first friend. She loves to see Tracy coming which is ultimately how I know she is in good hands. She even tolerated my anxious dog Zoe with a smile. She will be a great caregiver for whoever is lucky to hire her next!

I simply cannot say enough about Tracy and what she means to our family. My children 2 years and 5 months were what she signed in for and had no hesitation with helping, joyfully, when we added two puppies to our mix. 
Tracy has been flexible with our working schedules and assisting with whatever I need done in our home from the kids laundry to dishes and and vacuuming. 
She takes time to read, and color and teach our 2 year old new words everyday she is with us. All while maintaining our 5 month old's needs as well. My 2 year old's words have improved tremendously in the time that Tracy has been working with us. 
As a work from home mom, Tracy has shown great ability to redirect my 2 year old when he is testing boundaries and calm my 5 month old when he is over tired from fighting sleep. Especially when my children are determined to make her day as busy as possible. We deeply regret that we are moving to far away to keep Tracy. I am confident that she will always be a part of our live

Tracy is WONDERFUL. She is so great with our little one (4 months old). Our son is a bit fussy much of the time due to his gas and acid reflux. Tracy is patient and spends time helping him to get his gas out and calm down. Tracy has also been flexible in terms of staying a bit later or coming a bit earlier.

I highly recommend Tracy. 

Tracy has been our full-time since January of 2014 and we couldn't be happier.   She has truly become an extension of our family to our now 21 month old daughter who absolutely adores her.   She is extremely punctual, dependable and hands-on.   Tracy is always on the floor with our daughter, playing with her, taking her on excursions, etc.  

Most importantly, Tracy has a huge heart.  She is still very much a part of the kids' lives whom she has cared for in the past and she has completely opened up her heart to our little girl as well.   She is extremely loving/nurturing and treats our daughter as one of her own.   Unfortunately, we are changing our family work situation and no longer need her full time.    Her next family will be lucky to have her!

Tracy took care of our 2-year-old and was very caring for her. She was on time, friendly and listened carefully as I told her about our daughter. I'm happy to recommend her to others.

She is a very loving person who will grow to love your children as if they were her own. She has always gone out of her way to help you in any manor she can. She is always singing, reading, and doing activities with the children. I always knew my children were safe with her and with her taking them out on outings. She is very warm hearted and gentle but not a push over. She follows what rules you set up with no problems. She is firm but not aggressive when having to discipline the children.

Tracy worked on a short-term basis caring for our 4 month old son. She worked for us 3 days a week over the course of several weeks. Tracy was wonderful with our son and did a good job caring for him. She took him for walks most days (weather depending) and did a good job interacting with him. She also spent time when he was napping picking up around the house. Our son was well cared for.
