About Traci

I began teaching children through church, where I discovered a deep love for helping kids grow. I started homeschooling my own children and later expanded to working with students outside my family. My first paid role was tutoring a 4th grader in math, where I helped her move from a failing grade to a strong foundation and greater confidence. I have over 25 years of homeschooling experience with my five children, have taught enrichment classes at a private school, which included art. I've been involved in multiple learning communities and bring a wide range of creative resources and approaches to each session. I specialize in elementary students, especially those who benefit from creativity and need help building confidence. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and engaging methods to make learning enjoyable & effective. My focus is encouraging each child to believe in themselves, stay motivated, and build a strong academic foundation with patience and care.
